Harriet Gore gets a VW Tiguan as the winner of the People's Review
The last update we did had the three finalists doing different challenges to bid for votes. Johnny was taking the Tiguan off to a sheep farm to play around; Eric was off to Silverstone to have a bash on the track and the skid-pan and Harriet was off on a mystery tour round Oxford (which as we said at the time was no easy thing). Well, the winner’s been announced this morning and it’s Harriet, who wins a nice shiny VW Tiguan for her efforts.
Last week, the father-daughter team of John and Jill Glenney completed the first cross-country drive in a Tesla using the company's new network of Superchargers to refuel. Yesterday, a pair of Tesla Model S sedans driven by a rotating squadron of 15 company employees set what they hope will be an electric record for cross-country travel. Noble Automotive has released an image of a convertible M600, but has no plans to produce it at present. The Noble M600 is an impressive supercar from one of the UK’s most interesting ‘Garden Shed’ supercar builders, even if it’s gestation period seems to have been ten times that of an elephant. The M600 ‘arrived’ in 2009 ready to rock and roll, or so we thought, but then seemed to disappear again.
